  • Hassan

    Hassan is a long term student & teacher of yoga and has experienced profound life changes from the practice . Having taught for 12 years internationally his students range from children to elders , he has not yet encountered any one yoga does not fit .One of his greatest passions in life is to share yoga with any one willing to step onto the conscious path.

    Hassan teaches in Beckenham holding classes , teacher training and retreats .

  • SUZY

    Suzy is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga for over a decade , in that time she has witnessed many transformations both personally & professionally in her students. As A sound practitioner Suzy is passionate to share gong an Alchemy crystal bowls to help students find deeper sense of calm and relaxation within her sessions .

    Suzy classes have a beautiful range of yang & yin energies to balance ground and feel centred.

FAQs

Can I come alone ?

Yes of course , many women attend these events solo & although it may feel vulnerable it holds a powerful energy within that choice . You will be met with a nurturing and welcoming environment and surrounded by like minded women .

Can I share room with a friend ?

Absolutely we have some double and king size rooms available if you would like to share please contact Jade at Hello@jadeelana.com

Is there Accessible parking?

Yes there is parking on site and also in surrounding areas . We will be there to assist you on arrival should you need .

How many women can attend this retreat?

There is availability for between 8-14 guests

Is there a payment plan option ?

Yes you can pay in full or split the payment over 2 monthly instalments.

What is expected of me ?

There are no expectations , the intention of this weekend is to help you create space to reconnect with you, meaning there is no compulsory activities or sessions and you may opt out .We recommend you arrive with an open mind to explore the journey and transformation it shall bring.

    Experience

    The retreat experience will be a personally enlightening but also potentially challenging one. You acknowledge that you will be required to undertake personal self-enquiry and contribute openly in group spaces with other retreat participants as a part of the retreat experience.

    Liability

    In the rare circumstances where this work has unintended negative consequences you waive the right to hold Jade Elana responsible for any damage and/or liability that may arise as a result of retreat work. Facilitation/yoga/breath work and/or coaching is not therapeutic work and should not be considered as such. For issues that may arise for individuals in processing this work, participants agree to seek professional assistance/counselling where required.

    Privacy

    All privacy and confidentiality requirements will be observed at all times. Neither the attendee nor the retreat leaders shall disclose to third parties or use for any purpose any information provided by the other unless:

    1. Required by law;

    2. The information is already generally known to the public, or

    3. The other consents to the disclosure;

    Presentation material remains the property of Jade Elana.

    Emergency

    In a medical emergency an ambulance will be called on your behalf if one is deemed necessary. You will also be required to nominate an emergency contact prior to arrival.

    All Inclusive Retreat Fee

    The all inclusive fee (including experiences, accommodation and three daily meals) £399. Travel expenses are at the participant’s cost.

    Payment Terms

    The participant shall pay the full fee as set out in these terms or enter into a payment plan. Should you cancel between making your payment and 18.04.24, you will receive 50% of the full retreat fee back. If you cancel after 01.05.24 no refund is payable. If we are able to successfully find someone to fill your vacant position prior to 1st May 2024 you will receive 50% of the full retreat fee back.
